Das Mehrzweck-Ultraschallreinigungskonzentrat ermöglicht einen schnelleren und effizienteren Reinigungsprozess. Dieses Ultraschallkonzentrat dient zum Entfernen von Öl, Fett, Staub und zum Reinigen von fettigen Metallen, Legierungen, Kunststoffen, Gummi, Keramik oder Glas usw. Das Mehrzweck-Ultraschallkonzentrat ist ein stark alkalisches Konzentrat, das zur Reinigung in Ultraschallreinigern entwickelt wurde.

Mischen Sie das Ultraschallreinigungskonzentrat mit destilliertem Wasser in einem Verhältnis von 1 Teil Konzentrat zu 49 Teilen Wasser (2%). Wählen Sie die Stärke der Lösung entsprechend dem Verschmutzungsgrad des zu reinigenden Objekts. Die empfohlene Betriebstemperatur der Reinigungslösung im Ultraschallreiniger liegt zwischen 40 und 60 ° C. Spülen Sie nach der Ultraschallreinigung alle Gegenstände mit sauberem Wasser ab. Wechseln Sie die Reinigungslösung im Ultraschallreiniger regelmäßig, wenn sie verschmutzt ist.

Beschreibung des Reinigungsprozesses

Ultraschallreiniger werden hochfrequent in einem Wasserbad eingesetzt, und die Wirkung von Ultraschall bildet winzige Blasen. Stellen Sie den Objektkorb vorsichtig in den Ultraschallreiniger. Füllen Sie den Tank mit einer Mischung aus destilliertem Wasser und Reinigungskonzentrat im gewünschten Verhältnis. Tauchen Sie die Reinigungsobjekte vollständig in die Lösung ein. Stellen Sie die gewünschte Reinigungstemperatur ein und aktivieren Sie die Tankheizung. Warten Sie, bis die Flüssigkeit im Tank die eingestellte Temperatur erreicht hat, und stellen Sie dann den Ultraschallreiniger je nach Art und Verschmutzungsgrad des Reinigungsobjekts gemäß den Anforderungen des Reinigungsprozesses ein. Warten Sie nach Abschluss der Reinigung, bis die Flüssigkeit abgekühlt ist, und entfernen Sie dann vorsichtig den Warenkorb. Gegenstände mit sauberem Wasser abspülen. Wenn die Lösung schmutzig wird, wechseln Sie das Bad regelmäßig.
