Wichtige Merkmale der Ultraschallreiniger der PRO-Serie

Der Edelstahltank (SUS 304) und die relativ breite Wand gewährleisten die lange Lebensdauer dieser Ultraschallreiniger. Das nahtlose Schalttafelgehäuse ist besonders wichtig, da es verhindert, dass Wasser und Feuchtigkeit durch den Zugang zur Elektronik in den Geräten austreten. Der glatte Boden des Tanks verbessert die Kavitation und verringert die Möglichkeit von Korrosion. Die Reiniger sind mit industriellen Wandlern mit hohem Q ausgestattet, die eine starke Ultraschalleffektleistung liefern. Die Ultraschallwandler werden von einem unabhängigen Ultraschallanregungsgenerator (PWM-Steuerung) aktiviert, der den 4200-V-HV-Test und den HV-Isolationstest bestanden hat, sodass die Reiniger sicher mit einem stabilen Ultraschalleffekt arbeiten können. Die Generatoren werden von unserer eigenen Fabrik mit hochwertigen Komponenten entwickelt und hergestellt. ASonic Ultraschallreinigertanks werden über MCH-Heizchips beheizt. Es gibt einen geringfügigen Unterschied zwischen der tatsächlichen Wassertemperatur und dem Messwert auf der Platte, der im Bereich von ± 1 ° C liegt.

Funktionsprinzipien eines Ultraschallreinigers

Der Ultraschallreiniger erzeugt Kavitationsblasen, indem er Schallwellen in die Flüssigkeit abgibt. Diese Blasen sind sehr klein (mikroskopisch klein), fließen in die Flüssigkeit und gelangen durch Risse oder Öffnungen in das Innere des kontaminierten Teils. Beim Fließen kollidiert die Blase mit der Oberfläche des gereinigten Objekts und kollabiert, wobei Energie freigesetzt wird, die Schmutz auf die Oberfläche wirft. Da die Energiedissipation konstant ist, erwärmt sich die Flüssigkeit und die Wärme führt zu einer effizienteren Reinigung. Das gereinigte Objekt muss vor schädlichen Einflüssen geschützt werden, wenn die Maschine keine Heizeinstellungen hat. Der Ultraschallreiniger beschädigt weder die Oberfläche noch das Material des gereinigten Objekts. Die Reinigungswirkung der Flüssigkeit kann mit Additiven (Reinigern) erhöht werden, sofern diese den Reinigungsteil nicht beeinträchtigen.

Die Verwendung eines Ultraschallreinigers ist äußerst einfach. Legen Sie die Reinigungsmittel in den beiliegenden Korb. Legen Sie den Einkaufskorb vorsichtig in den Ultraschallreiniger. Füllen Sie den Tank mit Wasser oder Reinigungskonzentratlösung. Tauchen Sie alle Gegenstände in die Reinigungslösung. Stellen Sie den Ultraschall-Timer entsprechend den Anforderungen des Reinigungsprozesses ein, abhängig von der Art und dem Grad der Verschmutzung des Reinigungsobjekts. Warten Sie nach Abschluss der Reinigung, bis die Flüssigkeit abgekühlt ist, und entfernen Sie dann vorsichtig den Warenkorb. Gegenstände mit sauberem Wasser abspülen. Lassen Sie die offene verschmutzte Reinigungsflüssigkeit aus dem Ultraschallreiniger ab. Wischen Sie den Tank mit einem weichen Tuch ab.

Anwendungsbereiche von Ultraschall-Reinigungs-Maschinen

  • Der Ultraschallreiniger kann für jedes anorganische Material verwendet werden. Entfernt alle organischen und anorganischen Verunreinigungen, die nicht chemisch an die zu reinigende Oberfläche gebunden sind. Wichtige Warnungen

  • Der Ultraschallreiniger sollte nach 240 Minuten Ultraschallreinigung 30 Minuten abkühlen.
  • Der Betrieb mit Ultraschall setzt eine bestimmte Energiemenge frei, die die Flüssigkeit im Tank erwärmt.
